If you follow your bliss, you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. – Joseph Campbell
I have a passion to help people in their work lives. I do that as a business coach. I work with executives, managers and employees one on one to make their work lives the best they can be and I facilitate workshops and retreats for teams with the goal that they work together better and have fun doing it.
My educational path was two Masters Degrees, one in education (MSE) and the other in business (MBA). My professional path began with teaching high school and college in Des Moines, Iowa and Washington D.C. In Charlotte, North Carolina I worked in human resources for an international company. In Dallas, Texas I consulted to companies nationwide at Corporate Dynamics and as director for a national consulting firm. From that experience I started my own company, which was bought by a huge firm – a dream come true!
We relocated to Grand Junction in 1998 where I continue coaching and building leaders in this lovely spot of the world. In helping you become an excellent leader and manager I’m “living the life I ought to be living.”
I serve on the Mesa County Libraries Board of Trustees, the local human resource professional association board and the state human resources professional association board. I’ve served on Community Hospital’s Board of Trustees and the Chipeta Council, Girl Scouts of America Board of Directors. I’ve been a tutor in the library’s Literacy Program since moving here, proud of my students who work so hard to be a part of the community, and proud to have been named the first “Tutor of the Year.”
I’m married to the handsome Joe Davidson and have been, well.., forever. Our very handsome son lives in Denver.
